Dates for booking
Bookings should be made as early as possible – at the latest one month before the start of the trip, and as soon as your flight details are fixed. Later bookings may result in shortage of accommodation.

Cancelation
Handling fees in case of cancellation: up to 3 weeks before the start of the tour, 20 % of the total cost of the tour; 25% up to 1 week before, and 30% immediately before the tour. Deposits already paid will be refunded, minus these cancellation charges..

Payment
25% of the total cost is to be be paid when booking. The remainder to be paid in cash (euros) on arrival in Yemen.
